INTRODUCTION (English below)

Le Club Porsche 914 organise un grand rassemblement à Lohéac, les 03, 04 et 05 août 2018.
Lohéac est un petit village breton dont Michel Hommell (du groupe de presse :Echappement, Autohebdo, Speedster, VW magazine ...) est tombé amoureux. Il a dédié ce village à l'automobile : 3 circuits (asphalte, rallycross et karting) et un musée de plus de 400 voitures. Le circuit est loué toute la journée du samedi et l'école de pilotage HMC met à notre disposition un moniteur qui dispensera son savoir à ceux qui le désirent. 

PROGRAMME :

Vendredi 03 août 2018
à partir de 15H : Accueil des participants à Lohéac, hôtel des Arcandiers.

Samedi 04 août 2018
8H30 : briefing au chalet du circuit asphalte
9H00 : au choix
- départ de la promenade au road-book
- début de la première série sur le circuit
12H00 : déjeuner
14H00 : briefing et circuit pour tout le monde
17H45 : parade de toutes les voitures
18H30 : fermeture du circuit
20H00 : dîner

Dimanche 05 août 2018
9H30 : visite du musée
12H00 : déjeuner de clôture du week-end.

The Porsche 914 Club is organizes a big rally in Lohéac on August 03, 04 and 05, 2018.
Lohéac is a small Breton village whose Michel Hommell (from the press group: Escape, Autohebdo, Speedster, VW magazine ...) fell in love. He dedicated this village to the automobile: 3 tracks (asphalt, rallycross and karting) and a museum with more than 400 cars. ASSURANCE (english below) :

Les véhicules admis doivent faire l’objet d’une assurance en cours de validité stipulant le roulage sur circuit (sans épreuves chronométrées et sans esprit de compétition), les attestations correspondantes étant à présenter à l’accueil. Les conducteurs définirons avec leur propre compagnie d’assurance la couverture en dommages corporels et matériels adéquate en rapport avec l’usage de leur véhicule pour rouler simplement sur circuit étant entendu qu’il ne s’agit pas de compétition, d’épreuve chronométrée et/ou celles nécessitant, pour leur organisation, un arrêté préfectoral.
Nous attirons votre attention sur le danger qu’il y a, à rouler vite sur un circuit et sur les conséquences matérielles et/ou corporelles qui peuvent en découler tant pour vous que pour les autres. La responsabilité du club se limite à celle d’une mise à disposition de l’infrastructure du circuit telle qu’elle est proposée dans le cadre d’un contrat de location avec les propriétaires du circuit.
La responsabilité civile du fait de l’usage des véhicules vis-à-vis des tiers est garantie par les propriétaires des véhicules eux-mêmes, vous êtes donc responsables de vos passagers.
Le participant renonce à tous droits et recours à l’encontre du club, il déclare décharger celui-ci de toute responsabilité découlant de l’usage de son véhicule pour tout dommage corporel ou matériel causé au tiers ou à eux-mêmes, dans quelque condition que ce soit. Il est utile de préciser que si vous passez votre volant à un tiers, c’est toujours sous votre responsabilité.

Conducteur
Participation obligatoire au briefing de sécurité en début de séance.
Le port d’un casque homologué selon les normes en vigueur est obligatoire pour le pilote et pour le passager.
Les ceintures doivent être bouclées pour le pilote et le passager.

Règles de bonne conduite
Pour le bien de chacun, des règles de bonne conduite sont mises en place dans l’enceinte du circuit. Le Club Porsche 914 se réserve le droit d’exclure de façon temporaire ou définitive un participant dont le comportement serait excessif ou qui perturberait la manifestation. La personne concernée ne pourra pas prétendre à un remboursement de ses frais d’inscription, même partiellement.

Accompagnement et apprentissage à la conduite sur circuit
Un moniteur vous accueillera au moment du briefing.

Vous nous présenterez :
1.Votre permis de conduire
2.Votre carte grise
3.Votre carte verte (assurance)
4.Votre attestation d’assurance circuit valide comprenant :
Une attestation de votre compagnie d’assurance certifiant que vous êtes titulaire d’un contrat d’assurance n°xxxxxxxxxx pour la période du xx/xx/xxxx au xx/xx/xxxx, pour votre véhicule, immatriculé xx-xxx-xx, garantissant les activités de conduite sur circuit sans épreuves chronométrées et sans esprit de compétition.
Conformément aux conditions d’assurance «circuit», définies par la fédération des clubs Porsche de France, les attestations délivrées sur des papiers à entêtes de courtiers en assurances ne sont pas acceptées.

INSURANCE (english):

Driver
Compulsory participation in the safety briefing at the beginning of the session.
The wearing of an approved helmet is mandatory for the pilot and for the passenger.
Belts must be buckled for the driver and the passenger.

Rules of good conduct
For the good of everyone, rules of good conduct are put in place within the circuit. The Porsche 914 Club reserves the right to exclude temporarily or definitively a participant whose behavior is excessive or that would disrupt the event. The person concerned will not be able to claim a refund of his registration fees, even partially.

Accompaniment and learning to ride on circuit
An instructor will welcome you at the time of the briefing.

4.Your valid Certificate of Insurance circuit including:
